  • Size and Weight: Ab aapka baby lagbhag ek large head of lettuce ya ek bunch of kale jitna bada ho gaya hoga. Uska weight around 760 se 900 grams (1.7 se 2 pounds) ke beech hoga aur length almost 35 centimeters (13.5 inches) hogi.

  • पीठ दर्द (Back Pain):

    Description: Badhte hue pet ke weight aur posture changes ki wajah se lower back mein pain hona common hai. Hormones bhi joints ko relax karte hain, jisse pain badh sakta hai.

    • Hamesha seedha baithein aur khade hon.
    • Comfortable shoes pehnein, heels avoid karein.
    • Thoda garam tel jaise sarson ka tel ya til ka tel se halke haathon se massage karwaayein.
    • Hot compress ya garam paani ki bottle se sek karein.
    • Prenatal yoga ya stretching exercises karein, lekin doctor ki salaah se.
    • Pet ke neeche aur pairon ke beech takiya laga kar soyein.

  • पैरों और हाथों में सूजन (Swelling/Edema):

    Description: Shareer mein blood volume badhne aur uterus ke pressure ki wajah se blood circulation par asar padta hai, jisse pairon, ankles aur haathon mein swelling ho sakti hai.

    Desi Upay:

    • Apne pairon ko jab bhi mauka mile, upar utha kar rakhein.
    • Ek hi position mein zyada der tak khade ya baithe na rahein.
    • Adequate paani piyein, dehydration se swelling badh sakti hai.
    • Tight kapde aur jewellery avoid karein.
    • Salt intake moderate rakhein.
    • Halke-phulke walk karein.

  • छाती में जलन (Heartburn/Indigestion):

    Description: Uterus ke pressure ki wajah se stomach acid food pipe mein wapas aa sakta hai, jisse burning sensation feel hoti hai.

    Desi Upay:

    • Chote-chote meals din bhar mein kai baar khaayein, ek saath zyada na khaayein.
    • Spicy, oily aur fried food avoid karein.
    • Khaane ke turant baad letne se bachein.
    • Sone se 2-3 ghante pehle kuch na khaayein.
    • Thanda doodh, dahi ya chaach peena helpful ho sakta hai.
    • Pudina ya saunf ki chai bhi aaram de sakti hai.

  • साँस फूलना (Breathlessness):

    Description: Badhta hua uterus diaphragm par pressure daalta hai, jisse lungs ko expand hone mein thodi mushkil hoti hai aur saans lene mein dikkat ho sakti hai.

    Desi Upay:

    • Jab bhi saans phule, thodi der ke liye ruk jaayein aur rest karein.
    • Deep breathing exercises karein.
    • Posture theek rakhein, seedha baithein takki lungs ko expand hone ke liye zyada space mile.
    • Slowly move karein, jaldi-jaldi koi kaam na karein.

  • टाँगों में ऐंठन (Leg Cramps):

    Description: Raat mein ya din mein kabhi bhi leg cramps aa sakte hain. Iska reason dehydration, potassium ya magnesium ki kami, ya uterus ka nerves par pressure ho sakta hai.

    Desi Upay:

    • Khub paani piyein, hydrate rahein.
    • Potassium rich foods jaise kela, nariyal paani apni diet mein shamil karein.
    • Magnesium rich foods jaise badam, palak khaayein.
    • Jab cramp aaye, toh pair ko stretch karein (toes ko apni taraf kheenchein).
    • Halke haathon se massage karein.
    • Sone se pehle thodi der walk karein.

  • थकान और नींद की कमी (Fatigue & Insomnia):

    Description: Badhta hua pet, hormones, aur baar-baar washroom jaane ki wajah se acchi neend lena mushkil ho jaata hai, aur din mein thakaan mehsus hoti hai.

    Desi Upay:

    • Din mein chote-chote naps lein, jab bhi mauka mile.
    • Left side par soyein, pregnancy pillow ka use karein.
    • Sone se pehle garam doodh piyein.
    • Light exercise jaise walking karne se neend acchi aati hai.
    • Bedtime routine banayein, jaise garam paani se nahana, light music sunna.

  • Regular Check-ups: Apne doctor se regular check-ups karwate rahein. Yeh bahut important hai baby aur aapki health monitor karne ke liye.
  • Healthy Diet: Balanced diet lein jismein protein, iron, calcium, aur vitamins bharpoor ho. Fresh fruits, vegetables, daal, paneer, doodh aur dry fruits ko apni diet ka hissa banayein. Iron aur Calcium supplements lena na bhoolein, jaisa doctor ne prescribe kiya hai.
  • Stay Hydrated: Din bhar mein kam se kam 8-10 glass paani piyein. Nariyal paani, fresh juices, aur chaach bhi le sakte hain.
